ABSTRACT
The design of this technological package (TP) represents an integration process from instruments developed by the National Institute for Workers’ Health of Havana (Instituto Nacional de Salud de los Trabajadores - INSAT), whose main objective is to make up procedures which will permit the implementation of researches on individuals as well as groups under laboratory and territorial conditions. The TP constitutes an alternative of solution because it permits the exploration of variables of conditions, risks and effects which appear in the industrial psychosocial environment. This design’s objective is to facilitate the access to psychological tests by a number of Occupational Health authors. This package has twenty four tools built and/or validated by INSAT, classified into symptom questionnaires, psychosocial risk factor questionnaires, protecting psychosocial factor questionnaires, self-perception of work capacity, instruments for cognitive function evaluations and procedures for work analysis, requirements and perceived effects. The implementation of the TP has access to high value data as it provides: 1) the identification of clinic and sub-clinic changes potentially associated to conditions and risks of the work environment, 2) the establishment of frequency levels in changes which are based on recommendations about the management of psychosocial risk factors, 3) the creation of base lines for the establishment of epidemiological surveillance systems on occupational risks, and 4) a contribution to the description of nature, evolution and special features of psychosocial risk effects.REFERENCES
