ABSTRACT
A mobile thrombus into the right auricle leads to a high risk of pulmonary embolism and its presence in a patient with auricular fibrillation during a acute myocardial infarction is uncommon. This is the case of a female patient presenting with acute myocardial infarction, auricular fibrillation and a mobile thrombus in right auricle with risk of pulmonary embolism, which disappeared after platelet, anticoagulant and anti-aggregating treatment.REFERENCES
