ABSTRACT
The Bioethics became a necessary field in the science development from the three
past decades of XX century. Concerning to researches with stem cells, have raised
many debates from appeared the first studies with embryonic stem cells until
present time where researches with above mentioned cells are developing to avoid
the moral implications of human embryos use. The legislations are adapting to the
new technologies and the researchers have to be updated on the guidelines and laws of daily appearance. A review on Bioethics in researches with stem cells is
performed. Above researches have had confrontations with other disciplines and the
use of mesenchymal stem cells came to solve the dilemmas regarding the embryos
use. At moment to obtain the informed consent the patient must to know about the
adverse effects of treatment.
