ABSTRACT

Results of the work with a group of nursing professionals in primary care centers (PAC) of the province of Tarragona (Catalonia-Spain) on psychosocial risk factors detected on your workstation. Material and methods: Qualitative study, exploratory and cross. Convenience sampling conducted with 22 nurses in 5 primary care centers participating in a training activity. Application of qualitative techniques for the detection of psychosocial risk factors in the exercise of their profession. Results: Psychosocial risk factors identified relate to the work environment so as to job content. Conclusions: The data analysis shows that the perception is that these professionals are subject to a number of adverse psychosocial factors in their work and the importance of the involvement of the Managers of the Workplace to mitigate this impact on their health.
