ABSTRACT
Penile cancer is an uncommon disease in our environment, causing many doctors do not give proper importance to the penile injuries, treating them as benign lesions. When we find a penile lesion, we should think that it could be a cancer, and the biopsy may guide us to make the correct diagnosis. The most important is not to delay the diagnosis because if we detect a penile carcinoma at an early stage, we can offer the patient a treatment that allows preservation of the body and avoids the morbidity associated with advanced carcinoma.
