ABSTRACT
Cutaneous angiosarcoma is a rare, malignant, vascular tumor that usually occurs in the scalp and neck region. Constitutes less than 2% of all sarcomas. Several clinical variants have been described. Because it is extremely aggressive the prognosis is poor, leading to rapid metastases. There isn’t at present a standardized therapeutic protocol. We report 4 cases of cutaneous angiosarcomas corresponding to the 3 clinical variants described it: postirradiation angiosarcoma, idiopathic cutaneous angiosarcoma of the scalp, and two cases of angiosarcoma associated with chronic lymphoedema (Stewart-Treves syndrome). We will discuss the clinical, histology, treatment and prognosis of these clinical variants of angiosarcoma.
