Angiofibroma celular vulvar

ABSTRACT
This is a 37 year old female patient with benign vulvar tumor with 3 years of evolution, mobile and painless. The biopsy showed the presence of a vulvar cellular Angiofibroma. These tumors are rare benign lesions predominantly in women of reproductive age. The definitive management is surgical and recurrences have not been reported in this type of injury.
