ABSTRACT
Fertility rates are affected in patients with renal insufficiency and significantly improve after renal transplantation, as is increasingly common to receive and care for pregnant patients who have undergone this type of transplant. Worldwide guidelines and protocols for care and management of such patients are poor. This article presents a case report and review of the proper management of these patients from the viewpoint of gynecologic and obstetric care.
