Embarazo post-trasplante renal

RESUMEN
Las tasas de fertilidad se ven afectadas en pacientes con insuficiencia renal y mejoran considerablemente después del trasplante renal, por lo que cada día es más frecuente recibir y atender pacientes embarazadas que han sido sometidas a este tipo de trasplante. A nivel mundial las guías y protocolos de atención y manejo de este tipo de pacientes son deficientes. El siguiente artículo presenta un caso clínico y una revisión del manejo adecuado de este tipo de pacientes desde el punto de vista ginecológico y obstétrico.
