ABSTRACT
Objective: To identify the cutaneous manifestations in pediatrics patients with renal transplant.
Material and methods: Of a longitudinal study to six months, prospective, included pediatrics patients of both sexes with ages of 1 to 16 years, with renal transplant in HGR 36 IMSS. They were valued in the external consultation of Pediatric Dermatology. Complete physical exploration for the identification of dermatology’s injuries was made.
Results: Altogether 41 patients included themselves. The noninfectious dermatitis represents the 69.42% of the affections of the skin, being these most frequent. The hypertrophic scars are in 68.2% of the patients, followed of cutaneous xerosis in 36.5%, hypertrichosis in a 24.3% and acneiform dermatitis in 19.5%. The bacterial dermatitis are the second cause of cutaneous affections, in 18.2% of the total. The viral dermatitis are the third dermatological manifestation in 7.43% of the dermatitis. The fungal dermatitis are less frequent.
Conclusion: All the patients of the study presented the cutaneous manifestations; most frequent are those of noninfectious origin. The viral infections are causes of morbimortality in these patients.
