ABSTRACT
Binder’s syndrome is characterized by the clinical appearance of flat nasal bridge and requires handling of oromandibular and nasal dysfunctions up until the adolescence. Their association with different muscle skeletal, gastroenteral and neurological anomalies has been demonstrated. A case with visual anomalies such as strabismus, cataract, goniodisgenesis, sightedness with subsequent staphyloma and myopic sclerocoroidosis, in addition to osseous and articular alterations, retardation in psychomotor development, hypoacusis and gastrointestinal disorders is presented. The reconstructive treatment agreed with the severity of the defects achieving an adequate facial profile.
