ABSTRACT
The placement of central venous access is a procedure used to form constant in emergency rooms and intensive care. To be blind and most of the time in unstable patients this is not without complications, in this case is one of the less common to make the placement of central venous access by Seldinger technique, the fracture guidewire migration.
