ABSTRACT
Various techniques have been reported for root coverage over the last decades. Have accepted techniques bilaminar connective tissue graft, such as more predictable. Maintaining an adequate blood supply, and aesthetic demands, require minimal incisions to compromise these two elements to the success of the coverage. In this case report we propose a highly predictable alternative to multiple recessions in the absence of an adequate thickness of keratinized gingiva using the technique of displaced coronal connective tissue graft autologous palate with a follow-up of one the case, up to twelve months after the treatment.
