ABSTRACT
Pyogenic sacroiliitis is an uncommon infection often diagnosed late because of poor localization of symptoms and a difficult physical examination. We described the clinical, laboratory, imaging features and evolution of four children recruited in three hospitals of Madrid. This series highlights the importance of imaging techniques and the consideration of septic arthritis in an unusual joint.
