ABSTRACT
In this article we will review the politraumatized patient care, including the anaesthetist’s roll in the urgency department, intrahospitalary transport, transoperatory cares and postoperatory management. We expect to transmit our own experience about this kind of patients’ management in the Hospital Español de Mexico.
