ABSTRACT
Primary leiomyosarcomas of the penis are very rare with less than 50 cases reported worldwide. They mainly involve body or base, less frequently prepuce. There is a unique case arising in the frenulum, we describe the second case in a 61-year-old male. The origin, prognostic factors and differential diagnosis are discussed in this paper.
