RESUMEN

Los leiomiosarcomas primarios del pene son muy raros, con menos de 50 casos reportados en la bibliografía mundial. Afectan principalmente el cuerpo o la base, menos frecuentemente el prepucio, y sólo existe un caso reportado originado en el frenillo. Presentamos el segundo caso de leiomiosarcoma originado en el frenillo del pene en un hombre de 61 años. Se discute el origen, los factores de pronóstico y los diagnósticos diferenciales.
