ABSTRACT
To analyze at light of the principles of the humanism, the participation and commitment importance of the personnel of health in the development of the conscience of the users on his condition of health and disease. The historic moment by which the humanity crosses and the conditions of disadvantage are the arguments for great sectors of population that carry out their processes of socialization and reproduction of the material life. This phenomenon requires a transformation of all the participant sectors in the social life and also the will of each man and woman that integrate them. One concludes that at the light of existential philosophy it is required to approach the problem of the health from an integral and including field.REFERENCES
