ABSTRACT
During lots of years, surgery at the esophagus hiatus was done by surgeons of high level experience and by direct visualization of the structures at and nearby the esophagus hiatus, because of high risk of injury and complications at this anatomic level. In the last 17 years, the birth of minimal invasive surgery in experience hands has revolutionized the management of non malignant (hiatal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux and achalasia) pathologies. The decision to realize this investigation about the experience in the department of General surgery group 2 in the Hospital México is to make an analysis our results and compare them to results publish worldwide and results published by us for this procedure manage by open surgery.
