ABSTRACT
Introduction: Bladder agenesis, uncommon anomaly, generally in girls. Bladder hipoplasia result of a failure seem embryologic, is include. The anomalies genitourinary associate as the presence of multiple systems collectors is extremely strange. Alone a documented case has been reported in the world literatureClinical Case: Girl 9 years old, with incontinence urinary, unique introit, small cavity, laterally both holes ureterales without urethra or vagina. Operated of bilateral reimplante, neouretroplastía and containing mechanism of suspension urethral. At the moment their studies reveal appropriate capacity of bladder, multiple systems collectors without reflux evidence or obstruction, spontaneous micturition and minimum incontinence.
Discussion: The anomalies genitourinary happen between the 5ª and 7ª week of gestation. In bladder hypoplasia, the insert anomalous uréteral suggest the cause. Its association whit systems multiple collectors, is only. The bladder vestige increases its capacity without necessity of bladder enlargement, suggesting a conservative handling, avoiding many complications.
