ABSTRACT
Introduction: The definitive treatment for the colédoco cyst is the total resection with a hepatoyeyunoanastomosis in AND of Roux we present this procedure with the technique of minimum invasion.
Material and Methods: I study prospective in 6 patients with dilation of the road biliar. One carries out total resection of the cyst videosistido followed by a hepatoyeyunoanastomosis in AND of Roux, during a 2 year-old period.
Results: You eliminates a patient to have colecistitis alitiasica. They were five women and a man all with cyst type I. We use 3 right trocares and one left. By means of one of the holes of right side you wide the incision 2 to 3 cm. to carry out the AND of Roux and the hepatoyeyunoanastomosis.
Discussion: The resection of the colédoco cyst for laparoscopia is a good alternative to the surgical handling, it diminishes the trauma, the postoperative pain and the hospital stay.
