ABSTRACT
The functional sequence of
RM ( IDW, DTI, SRM and
PRM), are powerful tools, wich to add conventional resonance magnetic result larger capacity diagnostic, ennoble the sensitivity and specificity for each patologic entity. The knowledge of principies physical for each type sequences, as soon as artifact that change image qulity and pos-process, are elements that know the radiologist for appropriate interpretation. Since end the last century, to added more an more knowledge to resonance magnetic, this work is review of literature and treat above the principies physical, the artifact that disturbance image and to explain the intensity signal changes from phisyopatologic point and indications.
