ABSTRACT
Introduction: The trend in the professional practice of nursing now aims to develop plans of care based on taxonomy NANDA, diagnoses of nursing, independent interventions (NIC) and the expected results as well as its assessment (NOC). Within the Transfusional Medicine nurse work is essential to preserve the health of the donor and the patient, it is important to standardize a specific care plan to provide quality care. Methodology: A review of existing scientific evidence, as well as a consensus of professional experts in the field of transfusion medicine nurses was realized to develop plans of care. Results: We selected specific nursing diagnosis, established nursing interventions; results expected and then set a specific guide for nursing care in Transfusional Medicine. Conclusions: The care nurse is a dynamic method that identifies the professional nursing human donor and/or patient responses to establish a plan of care appropriate independent interventions and service quality based on scientific evidence that gives the nurse the level of professionalism.REFERENCES
