ABSTRACT
Celiac disorder (CD) is a clinic entity, for the one there is not still a suitable diagnostic tool to be identified, thus, it is necessary a clinic suspicion to be detected, and depending on this happens timely, it is possible to get a better prognosis and quality of life. The present dissertation offers a very widespread review of subject matter and explains detailed epidemiologic, pathologic and hytopathologic aspects, as well as the roll that genetic and immunologic factors play. Also, this document provides an approach for complications that may be expected, prognosis and new expectations about this disorder
