ABSTRACT
Communicates the clinical case of a 16-year-old female patient that entered for secondary multiple injuries to an automobile accident. The patient presented he scalp hood and lineal fracture of the skull, in the left femur and the branch isquiopúbica right. A nail was placed centromedular femoral and was repaired the scalp hood, the fracture isquiopúbica and of skull they were attended in a conservative way. The diagnosis was established with the exclusion of other causes of the symptomology. Him it was indicated ventilation not invader with IPAP of 9 cmH20 and EPAP of 4 cmH20 with what the sick one had significant improvement in the first eight hours.
