ABSTRACT
The imaging diagnosis of nonvariceal digestive bleeding is an important part of the management of patients with this condition, clinicians and radiologists must consider the best options. AngioCT is one of the most common non invasive radiological procedures to use in these patients. Tc99 nuclear medicine imaging is also a rutine diagnostic resource. The next step would be the performance of angiography that can confirm the bleeding and specially the vascular origin. Again the clinician and the radiologist must consider if an interventional procedure such as embolization should be an option.
