El valor de la agregometría en el diagnóstico diferencial de alteraciones plaquetarias

RESUMEN
Una de las causas por las cuales los pacientes sometidos a cirugía sangran teniendo exámenes preoperatorios y pruebas de coagulación normales, es la disfunción plaquetaria, la cual puede estar en relación con problemas congénitos de las plaquetas, con problemas de pool de almacenamiento o bien con problemas adquiridos de la función plaquetaria, los cuales generalmente están relacionados al uso de medicamentos o sustancias. La forma de detectar estas alteraciones ante pacientes con factores de riesgo es el uso de la agregometría, estudio de bajo costo y no difícil interpretación.
