ABSTRACT
The average of the cost the treatment for sting of scorpion in a zone like that of Jojutla, Morelos are them approximately of $500.00 to $600.00 that include the value of the serum commercial antiscorpionism (alacramyn), team of venoclisis, solutions parenterals, antihistaminics, steroids and honorarium doctors, the problem is that more than the 90% of the patients dives from scorpion belong to a means poor or very poor socioeconomic and that it therefore prevent them from paying the cost of this treatment. With the result that the attention totally gratuitous on the part of the Secretary of Health, with the administration of the serum antiscorpionism elaborated by the same is fundamental in order to avoid an evolution clinic that coult take until the death to the patient, clarifying that more and more the serum is used antiscorpionism for the handling of this problem exclusively.
It is certain that the ideal for the solution of this problem will be the elaboration of bovine un although so far results have not bee obtained completely satisfactory, mean while they will be the changes in the education, in the attitudes, in the level socioeconomic, etc. From the affected population what will contribute to the decrease of the cases.
