ABSTRACT
Dangerous residuals are the elements, substances, compounds, remains or mixtures that represent a risk for the environment, the health of the human race and the different animal and vegetal species or the natural resources. The magnitude of many of the toxic effects secondary to the exposition to these residuals and waste is vastly unknown. The problem of residuals is related to political, technical and social issues, since the investments in technological and industrial development are not equal to the investments in recollection, storage, transport, treatment and final disposition of the residuals. In order to respect and preserve the health and ethical rights of people, actions with firm ethical criteria should be undertaken in the handling of these residuals and waste. There must be more consistency between published or future norms and rules and their execution.REFERENCES
