RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de un paciente masculino con litiasis vesicular sometido a colecistectomía, presentando diversas complicaciones relacionadas al procedimiento quirúrgico que no fueron resueltas de acuerdo a los principios científicos de la medicina. Se hace una revisión de la patología y de los principios legales que aplican en el ejercicio de la medicina.
