ABSTRACT
The human placenta, even a puzzle in a lot of aspects, has been motive of exhaustive study in last decades, although; even escape to our comprehension to many aspects of immunology and genetics of this complex organ, we can, with the actual knowledge, make a practical and total concept of the most important aspects that let us understand and associate in its exact latitude the pathologies that affect the fetal grown and his interaction with the environment.
