ABSTRACT
Solitary circumscribed neuroma (palisaded encapsulated neuroma) is a benign cutaneous tumor. It affects both sexes in the same way, but it is mainly found in the face. It usually appears as a solitary skin colored nodule. It is histologically generated by the proliferation of Schwann cells that are positive to S-100. The choice for treatment is surgical extirpation. This study presents the case of a male-sex patient being 18 years old, with a neoformation in his right palm.
