ABSTRACT

The work describes two cases of extramedullary plasmacytoma in the nose and paranasal sinus.
The two patients are male, the first one in the eight decade and the second one in the fifth decade of life. Clinically both were presented with epistaxis. The first one with a mass in the left nasal vestibule and the second one only presented epistaxis. For the both patients were practiced a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinus to determinate the extension of the tumor and the cause of the epistaxis.
In both cases were decided to proceed with an excisional biopsy and histopathological study that reflects an extramedullary plasmocytoma. In both cases were dismissed multiple mieloma and systemic disease.
