ABSTRACT
Nowadays, intrapartum fetal monitoring by cardiotocography is applied on most deliveries in many hospitals. Few times CTG is measured best, that is why of this current therapy study. CTG by itself it is not enough to be sure of a disease if is abnormal but normal condition is quiet reliable. Then, is necessary add some studies to improve the chances of good outcomes, such as fetal scalp pH, fetal stimulation test, fetal pulse oxymetry or fetal electrocardiogram.
