ABSTRACT

Unexplained infertility is defined as failure to conceive a pregnancy after a sexual year of regular activity couple. The diagnosis is established for exclusion, where there is reported an association among endometriosis and infertility in most cases, since the patient with endometriosis present decrease of the follicular growth. In the endocrinological field this well established that endometrial growth is estrogen dependent. The in vitro fertilization has been accepted like processing in unexplained infertility, nevertheless has been estimated that number of born living by cycle is under, but the employment of donor ovular enlarges the proportion of babies born. The unexplained infertility cases can be evidenced as immunological disturbance.
