Masculinizating plastic surgery on urethra using a pseudo vagina. Case report.

ABSTRACT
Report a male patient of five years of age, that was born with the genitals with female appearance, reason why female sex was assigned to him, to the year with four months was evaluated by growth of clitoris, studied by a multidisciplinary equipment finding a short penis, bifid scrotum, urogenital sinus, short urethra, pseudovagina and undescended testes, kariotype 46XY and was decided the reassignment to male sex, was handled with diagnostic laparoscopy with right orchydopexy and left orchiectomy, later application of topical testosterone on penis having one favorable results, with increase in the size and diameter of the same one, allowing in a later stage the genital reconstruction by previous sagital anterior route in that the pseudovagina for the creation of neourethra was used, post surgical evolution is favorable and the aspect of the genitalia is appropriate for its sex and age.
