A 37 years old man was admitted to the emergency room suffering acute urinary retention. Posteriorly he underwent TURP with histopatological results of prostatic adenocarcinoma. The prostatic specific antigen was 3.4 ng/ml and had positive metastatic bone scane. Was initially treated with total hormonal blockade and zoledronic acid with unsatisfactory response.
