Tumor testicular bilateral metacrónico

ABSTRACT
Testicular germ-cell carcinoma is the most frequent tumor in men aged 15 to 35 years. Survival rate have increased to > 90%, currently. Risk of a second tumor in the opposite testicle is present. We present the case of a 40 years old man that had a teratocarcinoma in the right testicle at 28 years, and 12 years later he developed a seminoma in the opposite testicle.
