ABSTRACT
We present a clinical report of angular ectopic pregnancy at 22 weeks without uterine rupture. This is a rare and dangerous form of ectopic pregnancy that is very difficult to diagnose and can mimic an intrauterine normal pregnancy following by uterine rupture with hypovolemic shock and risk of maternal death. Angular pregnancy must be differentiating for others forms of ectopic pregnancy like interstitial, cornual and intramural pregnancy to meet a correct clinical and hystopahtological diagnosis, to identify the signs when the uterine rupture appear imminent, and to take the best therapeutic decision according to gestational age at presentation.
