ABSTRACT
The infant acropustulosis is a recurrent, self limited, pruritic, eruption characterized by vesicles and pustules on palm of the hand, hanas and sole of the feet that occur in children during the first 2-3 years of life.It was described for first time in 1976 by Kahn G and Jarrat M.1 since then is defined as a vesiculopustulosa dermatosis of infants that begins from the first semester of life.
Althougnt the authors described infant who had the disease since birth. Until 1979 was described again and simultan easily appeared these two reports in the magazine archives of dermatology.
This dermatosis is probably more common that the one is reported because we have a few information as reference. The incidence by sex is indistinct and it appears in all rates.
