ABSTRACT
A case of epidermoid carcinoma of the bladder is reported in an 80 year-old masculine patient, with tabaquism antecedent since youth and clinical manifestation of abdominal pain in right lower quadrant of colic type, dysuria, vesical tenesmus and nicturia. Ultrasound results shows right hydronephrosis, and an intramural pediculated lesion in the floor of the bladder. Biopsy result was epidermoid carcinoma, very unusual.
