ABSTRACT
A 51 years-old male whose profession is being a teacher has as part of his medical antecedents: no smoking, streptomycine allergy, antecedent of both clavicles and right wrist fractures, appendicectomy, lumbar laminectomy, vasectomy and positive transfusions. In a check-up in 1999 he was found with a very elevated PSA (prostatic specific antigen), so an ultrasound and a biopsy were done, resulting in prostatic cancer as a diagnosis. He was submitted to a radical prostatectomy in 2000. The posterior PSA levels that were realized as part of his follow up were all normal. In 2004 he presents to his doctor complaining of mild cough, dyspnea of great efforts, weight loss, chest pain, tiredness and hyporexia. He undergoes a head MRI which reveales the following images. żWhich is your diagnosis?REFERENCES
