ABSTRACT
Prostaglandins F2α and its analogs are potent and effective ocular hipotensive agents who show collateral effects like conjunctival hyperemia, pigmentary changes and macular alterations like cystoid macular edema. Cystoid macular edema is reported in eyes with high risk factors. We show some representative cases.
