ABSTRACT
Introduction: Clinical picture of tuberculosis in the eye may represent a challenge in diagnosis and many well studied clinical entities have been described. Dermis reaction called hiperergic tuberculides associated with anterior scleritis represents an unusual variant of the disease.Case report: A female patient with this association in whom search for tuberculosis bacilli in sputum and urine was negative, positive PPD, a rifampin-isoniazid pyrazinamide therapeutic test was tried with a notorious improvement in both dermis and eye lesions. Antiphymic therapy was then completed with a total resolution of the lesions.
