Lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis with satellite nodules in the site of inoculation

ABSTRACT
The sporotrichosis is a deep mycosis subacute or chronic granulomatose that affects skin, bones or in occasions to other organs. It is caused by the dimorphic mushroom
Sporothrix schenckii. The most frequent clinical presentation is the cutaneous one, already be lymphangitic (70 to 75 %) or it fixes (20 to 30 %). There presents the case of a woman with lymphangitic sporotrichosis that had an excellent evolution with treatment based on potassium iodide.
