Mushrooms poisoning: On purpose of a child with hepatic failure

ABSTRACT
In the intoxication for mushrooms poisoning the patients have an ample variety of clinical manifestations, ranging from mild diarrhea to severe organ failure. In this paper the clinical course, management and outcome of six patients (two of them children) which were poisoned by mushrooms are presented. One female child died for liver failure. Comments are done about the pharmacological basis and clinical manifestations of mushroom, poisoning and a guide for the diagnosis, treatment and management of this patients are given and recommendations to prevent these poisonings are provided.
