ABSTRACT
Introduction: The breach of the scientific and ethical principles of the medicine, condition bad medical practice that can be in conflict between users and care givers.
Case report: Female patient, 60 years old, that presented abdominal pain. She received deficient medical service reason why she evolved to the deterioration. She asked for one second medical opinion, settled down the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis and peritoneal sepsis, giving origin to conflict doctor-patient.
Discussion: The effective legislation in our country indicates that the patient waits for the result and will be able to obtain it, but not to demand it, although can demand that the medical attentions is lent with skill and diligence, and the average services are the suitable in terms of
lex artis medical.
