Anatomical findings more common in lumbar disc herniation at Hospital Juarez de Mexico. SS

ABSTRACT
In the Hospital Juárez de México was made clinic and retrospective study from Janaury 1± 1999 to December 1± 2004. We evaluated 65 patients, 38 male and 27 female, with an edge of 37 years. The indication of surgical treatment was lumbago and lumbociatalgia that wasn’t be controled after six months of medical treatment or the patient presents a syndrome of equina tail. We exclude 15 patients, 9 because wasn´t return to the surgical evaluations and 6 present estenosis of the channel lumbar secondary to present/display facetaria artrosis or fibrosis secondary a previous surgery.
