ABSTRACT
This is a review of the autistic spectrum disorders. The approaches in order to get an opportune diagnosis and the psychosocial areas affected in the children and the general clinical features of those. It is also mentioned some intervention programs for these patients, since the simple approach of to recognize an autistic boy to training him in to acquire abilities for communication with other children, their parents or another persons, all of this either by means of a professional or through their parents previously trained for it.
