ABSTRACT
Antiphospholipid syndrome is a systemic illness characterized by arterial or venous thrombosis, recurrent fetal lost, and high title of antiphospholipid antibodies such as lupic anticoagulant and anticardiolipin antibodies. It represent a stage prothrombotic in which early and indefinite anticoagulant treatment is indicated. There are numerous clinical and biochemical criteria for the diagnosis, however always is suitable to individualize. Deep venous thrombosis is the most frequent feature in the diagnosis (32% of cases). This is a young patient with diagnosis of Antifosfolipid Syndrome with an inusual beginning: coronary arterial thrombosis.
